As a Loan Assistant/Loan Processor, you contribute to that mission by providing superior service when processing and preparing loan documents.  To succeed in this role, you are a detailed-oriented individual with a zealous attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order credit reports, title work, flood determinations, appraisals and all other papers necessary to process a loan.
• Work with title companies and agents to prepare closing documents and meet closing deadlines.
• Maintain integrity while reviewing title commitments prior to closing and ensuring the proper conditions are met.
• Understand ongoing compliance issues and practical application of those guidelines, such as RESPA, TRID, and TILA.
• Assures accurate entry of HMDA data.
• Assists lenders with tracking, scanning, and collecting of financials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a loan processor preferred.
• Understanding of underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
